THDA’s Homeownership for Heroes offers reduced-rate options for eligible active-duty military members, veterans, National Guard members, reservists, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics, and state and local law enforcement officers. On May 5, 2026, THDA announced the addition of full-time K–12 teachers employed at Tennessee public or private schools.
